Take 1 to 2 capsules twice daily.

Cellulose (capsule), ginger root (zingiber officinale), cayenne (capsicum annuum) (fruit), cinnamon (bark) (cinnamomum verum and/or cinnamomum aromaticum and/or cinnamomum burmannii), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silica.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Warnings
For adults only. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a physician prior to using this product if you are pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially anti-depressants such as serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), or have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap 1 to 2 times daily. Consider taking this product in combination with NOW Gr8-Dophilus, AlliBiotic CF and Super Colostrum.
